• These Terms and Conditions of Service (‘Terms’) describe your rights and responsibilities regarding the LifeMed Clinic Services (‘Services’).

  • agreed that you will use this website in accordance with these Terms and will not use this website for any unlawful purpose, and not violate or attempt to violate the security of the website, nor violate any right of LifeMed Clinic.

 

Fees, Payments and Refunds

 

• LifeMed Clinic may revise its fees from time to time at its discretion. You agree to be responsible for the payment of all fees when due. Fees will be paid at the time of purchase.
   

• LifeMed Clinic DOES NOT offer full refunds for appointments. We can provide a partial refund if you cancel up to 3 business days before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations less than 3 business days before your appointment, however, will not be refunded.
   

Rescheduling
 

• You can reschedule up to 3 business days before your scheduled appointment. After this rescheduling cannot be accommodated.
